Don, Iknow there is no tears in heaven, one day we will laugh about all the things we did on this planet. I Love YOU, Your brother, Bill

Dear Robin and Family, We just wanted to say how sad we were to hear of your loss. Don was a wonderful person. He was friendly, caring and always had a great smile and laughter about him. He could warm the room and make you feel right at home. I will miss his smile and gestures. Please try to find comfort knowing that he is at peace. Life is a long ride of ups and downs and hope you can find solace in the coming days, weeks and years. The passing of an important person in our lives is a very difficult time. Please know that many are saying prayers and will miss a good friend.

Robin, What an unexpected and sudden turn of events. I'm so glad you were able to spend the day with Don and be there for him in his greatest time of need. What relief it had to be for him to have you at his side and know that he wasn't alone. The two of you always seemed to have such a deep passion for your relationship. The eyes are the mirror of how a person feels about another and even though I'm sure the two of you had different opinions about things there was always a unified front of support for the other. It was a pleasure to have met Don. His gregarious laugh will always remain at the forefront of my memories of him. Much love, prayer, and support for you and the family.

The time has come,' the Walrus said,” To talk of many things: Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--Of cabbages--and kings--And why the sea is boiling hot--And whether pigs have wings.' Few will understand what this could possible be about...but I know that you do Dad and are laughing about it. Peanuts and Royal Cola, quarter sticks of dynamite in the lake at 11pm, no it was 9pm, bail money at 1am and laughing about it, listening to the police scanner while they write me a speeding ticket, Sparkle Berry Swamp with Piggy and Roster, stealing a train for a ride to school, and ship wrecked in the gulf of Alaska with no were to sit. Just some of the stories I look forward to sharing with your grandsons...I love you Dad.
- Donald G. Wingate II, Anchorage, AK
I am deeply saddened by the loss of your dad and husband. He was a wonderful, loving person. I could not have asked for a better brother-in-law.I have many wonderful memories of our times together. Although I wish I could ease your pain, I cannot and I know this leaves a big hole in your hearts, you have many memories in your hearts that will get you through the days and years ahead. Just know that he is with the Lord and his heavenly family. God had a bigger need for him and his talents in heaven. My love and prayers are with all of you. Lynne, Aunt Lynne Ugly

RIP Cuz, wished we could have been there to say a last good bye to you. We love you, no matter how the rest of your family felt about us. I don't remember us having any hard feeling about one another, but you are in a better place today. Again, we will miss your smile and laughter, and whatever maybe will be. We will always remember the good times and the bad, and again. RIP
